This waiver does not apply to situations involving gross negligence or willful misconduct.


4. Firearms Safety Disclaimer

Certain courses offered by Safety Quest Ltd. involve firearms training and live-fire exercises.

Participants in these courses acknowledge that:

  • Firearms training carries inherent risks.

  • All participants must strictly follow range safety rules and instructor instructions.

  • Anyone who fails to comply with safety procedures may be immediately removed from training without refund.

Participants must comply with all applicable:

  • Federal laws

  • New York State laws

  • Local firearms regulations

  • Range safety policies

Safety Quest Ltd. reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears impaired, unsafe, or unable to comply with safety procedures.

Completion of a course does not guarantee the issuance of any firearm license or permit, as licensing decisions are made solely by government authorities.


5. Regulatory Compliance

Certain training programs offered by Safety Quest Ltd. may be subject to regulatory oversight, including requirements established by:

  • The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services (NYS DCJS)

  • Applicable federal and state firearms laws

  • Other certification authorities

Students are responsible for ensuring they meet all eligibility requirements for the courses they register for.
